Please review our reservation, cancellation and transportation policies before booking your Night Tour La Fortuna experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations cancelled up to 48 hours before departure receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure are subject to a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation total.
Modification Policy
- Modification requests are always subject to availability.
- If a date change cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- All modification requests must be submitted in writing via email.
General Policies
- Your reservation is confirmed and fully paid at the time of booking.
- Tours operate rain or shine. Weather conditions do not apply for cancellations.
- Schedules and departure times may be adjusted depending on operational conditions.
- Unused services are considered a non-refundable No Show.
- By booking online through PayPal or other payment platforms, guests accept these conditions.
Transportation Service
- Transportation assistance must be requested via email after booking.
- Additional transportation fees may apply depending on hotel location.
- Pick-up service is available for hotels near the La Fortuna area.
- Transportation outside the central zone may incur an additional per-person fee.
- Any additional transportation costs will be confirmed by email and paid on the day of the activity.
